Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students, guiding them through their clinical licensure journey with feedback and support.

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to create comprehensive treatment strategies for clients.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

• Stay current with developments in the mental health field, integrating new research and evidence-based practices into your work.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) to practice in California.

• Professional liability insurance to ensure client and practitioner safety.

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, with a background in supervision preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with practicum students or within an educational framework is highly preferred, as it will enhance your ability to mentor and support new therapists effectively. Additionally, familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be advantageous in providing comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 – 130,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked.
