Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Implement therapeutic interventions designed to address individual client challenges, closely monitor progress, and make adjustments as necessary to treatment plans.

• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, while adhering to all regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Relieve Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals grappling with a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related challenges, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. The role requires an understanding of cultural competencies and sensitivity to ensure that services are equitable and respectful of all clients' backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of California.
