Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our dedicated care team. Our therapeutic environment emphasizes teamwork, ongoing communication, and professional support, ensuring that you have the resources necessary to provide exceptional care. While the standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' unique needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver evidence-based interventions.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering community and providing valuable resources for clients facing common mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services for clients experiencing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

• Actively engage in case consultations and team meetings to enhance the quality of care.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to continuously improve practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, spanning various age groups and backgrounds, who present a variety of mental health challenges. Your expertise in addressing conditions like anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use will be essential in effectively supporting your client base. Your ability to connect with individuals and families facing these challenges will contribute significantly to their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven ability to assess mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a variety of populations.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong enough to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• Sound judgment with a commitment to adhere to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related IT tools.
\n
• A collaborative mindset, exhibiting the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in clinical mental health counseling or therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.

• Training or certifications in specific therapeutic practices such as trauma-informed care, CBT, or DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n
