Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hope Springs, you will work with clients from diverse backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges. Our patient population includes children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking assistance for a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathetic and understanding approach will be crucial in empowering clients on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, full licensure to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona without supervision. *Note: Limited/provisional licenses and applicants with disciplinary actions will not be considered.

• Demonstrated ability to formulate professional evaluations, treatment recommendations, and interventions responsibly.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients, showing a sympathetic and understanding nature.

• Proficiency in using technology and electronic health records for client documentation and telehealth service delivery.
