Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify each client's mental health needs.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, providing guidance and support every step of the way.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of session notes and client progress to ensure accurate reporting and continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish a strong therapeutic connection with clients remotely.

• Empathy, compassion, and an understanding approach to clients' experiences and needs.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively handle a robust caseload, while maintaining quality of care.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with knowledge and experience in widespread evidence-based treatment methods and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms. Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and presenting a range of mental health concerns will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, aligned with your caseload and experience. In addition to a commensurate salary, we offer:
