Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of new clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.

• Exhibit a strong sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary to manage a varied caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in working within a clinical setting or private practice is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an asset. Additional experience in handling diverse client populations will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Ringo Behavioral Health Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. The compensation package includes flexible work hours, administrative support for scheduling and billing, and reimbursement for continuing education expenses.
