Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions to adolescents and adults through secure telehealth platforms, utilizing technology to create an engaging and effective therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals and challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to address a variety of mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring the privacy and confidentiality of client information.

• Participate in regular team consultations, contributing to a collaborative treatment approach and sharing insights that enhance overall client care.

• Provide timely referrals to other mental health professionals or community resources when additional support is warranted, fostering a holistic approach to client wellness.

At Wellnest Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population, assisting clients with a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Active LPC license in the state of Arizona is required.

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

• Strong aptitude for utilizing telehealth technology and familiarity with secure online treatment platforms (experience with systems such as SimplePractice or Zoom preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills essential for effective remote therapy delivery.

• Self-motivated and capable of functioning independently while remaining engaged with a collaborative team structure.

Preferred Experience\n

• 1 to 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
