Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to gather comprehensive client history and formulate individualized treatment plans that address specific emotional and psychological challenges.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions tailored to diverse issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and life transitions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will be working with a broad spectrum of clients, many of whom may be dealing with significant life stressors and emotional challenges. This role emphasizes cultural competency to ensure that services are aligned with the unique needs of our community, including various age groups, backgrounds, and mental health issues. Your work will be pivotal in empowering clients to navigate their emotional landscapes effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current Active license or certification in Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least three (3) years of clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges is mandatory.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and create a safe, trusting environment for clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is advantageous, though not required.
