Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Our clients come from various cultural backgrounds, emphasizing the need for culturally responsive care that respects and incorporates their unique experiences and needs into the therapeutic process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a deep understanding of evidence-based treatments.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and familiarity with telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy effectively.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

Additional experience in group therapy, case management, or interdisciplinary collaboration is advantageous. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
