Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing licensed professionals to work from home while providing necessary mental health services during regular outpatient hours. The core work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs using evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions to address client issues.

• Maintain confidentiality by meticulously documenting clinical notes and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant standards.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver integrated care.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review sessions aimed at enhancing therapeutic strategies and client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available resources in the community to foster understanding and support.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and therapies to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
