This is a remote outpatient position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still providing essential services to the New Castle, Pennsylvania community and beyond. Our outpatient office utilizes advanced telehealth platforms to facilitate effective communication and service delivery to our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify patient needs and formulate appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize standardized assessment tools and engage in clinical interviews to evaluate mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and the impact of social determinants on patient health.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, to address various mental health concerns.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and regularly assess progress toward these objectives.

• Coordinate care by fostering strong relationships with community resources, making effective referrals, and ensuring robust follow-up and continuity of care.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in alignment with both regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Nature's Rhythm, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges. Our practice emphasizes a holistic approach, addressing both mental health and the social factors that influence patient outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in the state of Pennsylvania as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, previous experience in telehealth delivery or familiarity with outcome measurement tools can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, specialized training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
