This role is remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home office while maintaining connectivity with colleagues and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify therapeutic needs.

• Provide high-quality individual and family therapy tailored to the specific risks and needs identified during the assessment process.
\n
• Manage administrative duties including timely completion of billing documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
\n
• Develop safety and wellness plans, crisis intervention strategies, and relapse prevention protocols to ensure clients maintain stability in their daily lives.
\n
• Formulate a comprehensive discharge plan to guide clients in their transition from services while ensuring continuity of care.
\n
• Adhere strictly to federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and Impireum's policies, ensuring integrity and safety in practice.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to maintain competencies and enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultation, team meetings, and peer collaboration to enrich clinical discussions and elevate patient care outcomes.
\n
• Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training sessions efficiently to remain in compliance with regulatory bodies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Impireum, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be instrumental in addressing the unique needs of each patient, focusing on fostering a therapeutic environment that nurtures recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that leads to licensure.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient counseling or therapy settings, particularly with diverse populations.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Competency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and billing processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
