This position is 100% remote, allowing you to connect with clients using our telehealth platform from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through video consultations, employing standardized screening tools and clinical interviews.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and adjusting individual treatment plans tailored to clients’ unique circumstances and needs.
\n
• Facilitating regular therapy sessions, offering therapeutic techniques and coping strategies to empower clients in managing their mental health concerns.
\n
• Providing referrals to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, when necessary, to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system, including all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges. You will interact with adults and adolescents struggling with affecting conditions, such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance abuse disorders. Culturally responsive care is at the heart of our practice; therefore, your ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds will be essential for fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
