Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs using evidence-based practices.

• Implement various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders and other mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in accordance with state and federal regulations.

• Engage in regular consultation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to enhance client care.

• Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

• Provide education and outreach to the community regarding mental health resources and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to provide therapeutic services to a diverse client base experiencing a range of mental health conditions, particularly mood disorders. Qualifications\n
