Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial interviews and comprehensive assessments for new clients, identifying their mental health needs and substance use history.

• Offer ongoing evaluations of clients by synthesizing bio-psychosocial information collected from individuals, families, and other referral sources.

• Apply evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies tailored to each client's unique situation, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in compliance with state regulations, insurance requirements, and Telecare’s policies.
