Work Environment\n

This is a full-time, remote position designed to accommodate a modern work-life balance. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, utilizing telehealth technology to meet clients where they are in an increasingly digital world. The remote setting allows for flexibility while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in patient interactions. Regular virtual team meetings will facilitate connection and collaboration with fellow professionals, ensuring a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to assess client needs and challenges.

• Develop tailored treatment plans aimed at addressing specific client issues, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide virtual individual and group therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring adherence to telehealth best practices.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans thoroughly, maintaining stringent confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, including consultation with other professionals as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of adolescents and adults who present with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and more. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique challenges. Your role will focus on building trusting therapeutic relationships and fostering a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, ultimately leading to improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license issued by the State of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
