The role is predominantly remote, allowing for flexible work hours while conducting therapy in our outpatient office setting as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

  Develop and implement comprehensive, individualized treatment plans to address the unique mental health needs of clients.

  Conduct thorough assessments and deliver tailored interventions for issues including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and stress management.

  Provide timely crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and strategies to clients experiencing acute distress.

  Engage in ongoing care for clients presenting with mental health diagnoses, including those with co-occurring drug and alcohol use disorders.

  Facilitate therapeutic sessions aimed at addressing family dynamics, unhealthy behavioral patterns, and other personal or relational issues affecting clients’ overall wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health field.

  Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

  A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on building meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with diverse client backgrounds and knowledge of treatment methodologies specific to children and adolescents are highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools for therapy will be an advantage in this digital-first environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
