Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and treatment needs.

• Creating and implementing personalized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Providing regular sessions with clients, equipping them with the necessary coping mechanisms and therapeutic tools to manage their conditions.

• Facilitating referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or specialized support services, when required.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress in our electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and organizational policies.

Our counselors work with a varied client population, addressing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating an advanced understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
