Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for children and adolescents to evaluate their psychological needs and identify appropriate treatment paths.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on young individuals ages 5 to 18 who are experiencing mental health challenges. You will be addressing diverse needs that range from mild behavioral issues to severe emotional disturbances, ensuring that each client receives compassionate, tailored support throughout their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on children and adolescents.

• Strong understanding of developmental psychology, mental health disorders related to youth, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a child-centered, empathetic approach to therapy.

• Ability to build rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their families through effective and sensitive engagement.

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and familiarity with teletherapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
