Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to foster stability and empower patients in their recovery journeys.

• Create and implement effective discharge plans that support the transition of patients back into their communities.

• Stay informed about current federal and state laws, ensuring that your practice meets all necessary legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education to enhance your skills and maintain licensure.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings, collaborating with colleagues to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Peak, you will work primarily with diverse populations facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets licensure requirements.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the State of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
