Our excellent administrative support team streamlines tasks such as credentialing, intake scheduling, and billing, allowing counselors to focus fully on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss progress, evaluate stability, and manage upcoming appointments, including discharges when appropriate.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and track individualized, person-centered treatment plans aimed at achieving their mental health goals.
\n
• Document each client interaction meticulously, ensuring up-to-date and accurate progress notes.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand new clients' histories and current challenges.
\n
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions to provide focused therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and discuss case management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a relevant field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• Capacity to meet internal credentialing requirements for clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated experience in assessment, diagnosis, and provision of individual and group therapy.
\n
• Solid computer skills with a proficiency in electronic health record systems.

• Experience in telehealth delivery methods and tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
