Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
\n
• Engage in group, family, and individual therapy sessions, fostering safe and supportive environments for open discussions.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to protect client confidentiality.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic client care and comprehensive treatment plans.

• Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health through active participation in professional development workshops and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population, including individuals and families who may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Many clients may have limited access to traditional mental health services, making your role critical in bridging these gaps and providing support to those who need it most.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and provide empathetic support to a variety of clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a healthcare team.

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and relevant technologies is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, based on your experience and caseload availability. Additional benefits include:
