Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, providing you the flexibility to manage your work environment while using a state-of-the-art telehealth platform. Our supportive infrastructure allows counselors to focus on client care, with dedicated administrative staff handling billing, intake coordination, and client management, ensuring that medical and financial processes are streamlined and efficient.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services via telehealth, adapting to clients’ preferences and needs for in-office or hybrid models as required.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' mental health conditions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a dedicated intake coordinator to manage new intakes efficiently, allowing you to spend more time focused on client care.

• Engage with a caseload of 15-35 clients, with opportunities for growth based on demand.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of client demographics, including but not limited to adults, teenagers, children, couples, geriatrics, and military veterans. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is mandatory for this position.

• An active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and electronic documentation is essential to streamline counseling sessions.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a dedication to providing evidence-based therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
