Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our clinic, you will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring to establish rapport and build positive working relationships while maintaining high ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess clients' progress, providing insights on stability and planning for future appointments or discharge when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, client-centered treatment plans tailored to the specific emotional needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to effectively gauge client needs and develop appropriate interventions.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions, providing a safe space for therapeutic exploration and support.

• Participate in ongoing individual supervision to enhance your skills and foster professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on youth and families, delivering mental health support to a diverse demographic. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in mental health or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
