Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop appropriate and individualized treatment plans for clients.
\n
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions through virtual sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques as necessary based on client feedback and engagement.
\n
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address clients' specific mental health needs.

• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care that encompasses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, working within electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in continuous learning through workshops and training programs to enhance your skills and remain informed about current best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
