Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ unique needs and to develop personalized therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations while adhering to professional ethics and standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that supports both mental and emotional well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, ideally within a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
