The Counselor will work primarily from home but will occasionally participate in team meetings, training sessions, and client gatherings at our outpatient office in Easton. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Cozy Nest Wellness Center, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Delivering one-on-one therapy sessions that are tailored to each client's unique situation and goals, utilizing techniques grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.

• Maintaining meticulous and compliant electronic health records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population encompassing various demographics and presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current State Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or an equivalent credential.

• At least three years of experience working in outpatient settings, providing direct mental health services.

• Fundamental knowledge of therapeutic services, community resources, insurance billing practices, and mental health documentation standards.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed practices will be highly regarded.
