Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to develop and refine comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Regularly implement and assess therapeutic techniques and skills to support client well-being and progress towards established goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health therapy, demonstrating proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
