Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to clearly identify patients' needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to address shared mental health concerns, helping to foster community and connection among participants.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Pennsylvania.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches.
