Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately determine each client’s mental health needs using standardized tools and methodologies.

• Create, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans designed for individual client goals, ensuring timely adjustments reflecting clients' progress.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—to facilitate healing and growth.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, for integrated treatment plans and holistic care delivery.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records according to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards to support client continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
