Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, focusing on mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities, tailoring interventions to support client resilience and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, assessing risk factors and developing immediate response plans to ensure client safety.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
