Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical support to clients in both office and community settings, addressing symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screening and assessments, facilitating the development of comprehensive and integrated care plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to establish and implement treatment strategies, ensuring that the clients receive timely interventions and support.

• Lead family, individual, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that are responsive to the presenting issues and empowering clients on their journey to recovery.

• Exercise crisis intervention strategies effectively, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with clients and service providers to meet organizational standards.

• Participate in on-call responsibilities, providing support during and after operating hours as needed.

• Engage in quality improvement initiatives by participating in committees focused on enhancing service delivery and fostering best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We value the hard work and dedication of our staff, offering a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
