Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in both office and community settings, conducting assessments and providing evidence-based interventions for those experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement integrated care plans that address the diverse needs of clients, engaging family members and other providers as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress, contributing to our agency's quality improvement and compliance efforts.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring a swift response to any critical situations that may arise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients who are facing severe emotional challenges and mental health disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and severe mood disorders. Our clients often come from underserved backgrounds, and your role will be pivotal in providing them with the care they need while advocating for their rights and dignity. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
