Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental health concerns, employing evidence-based practices and developmentally appropriate interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, create individualized care plans, and implement therapeutic interventions that are tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, maintaining thorough records of treatment plans, progress notes, and any changes in clients' conditions.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing established protocols to ensure client safety and well-being.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to agency committees focusing on enhancing service delivery.

• Be available for on-call coverage as needed during and after program hours.

Compensation and Benefits\n
