Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients both remotely and within the community, focusing on clinical assessments to understand symptoms of major mental illnesses and emotional disorders.

• Engage with clients to establish rapport and trust, utilizing evidence-based practices to stabilize their mental health and assist in recovery.

• Conduct thorough assessments, including risk evaluations and crisis interventions, ensuring appropriate responsiveness to client needs.

• Create and implement personalized care plans that consider the unique circumstances of each client, working collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to ensure compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, discuss challenges, and develop integrated care strategies.

• Support clients in navigating linked services and community resources, advocating for their needs and empowering them to make informed choices regarding their care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will predominantly focus on vulnerable populations, including individuals dealing with severe emotional disorders and complex mental health issues. This work requires a compassionate approach and the ability to navigate challenging situations effectively while providing clients with the support they need to achieve stability and health within their communities.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is preferred.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for conveying information sensitively and clearly.

• Proven skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, particularly within a diverse, community-focused framework.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team-centric environment dedicated to collaboration.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working with diverse populations, especially in mental health or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
