Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address complex issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on a thorough assessment of clients’ specific needs and objectives, ensuring measurable goals are set for progress.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists, counselors, and support staff, to ensure holistic care for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress through our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all privacy regulations and best practices.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development, participating in case discussions, training sessions, and workshops to remain current with best practices in the behavioral health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 122,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
