Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' needs, skills, and behaviors through structured interviews and direct observations, aiming to devise an effective treatment plan.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, chronic pain management, and complex behavioral issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet the varied needs of clients.

• Coordinate with other mental health professionals and allied health staff to create integrated care plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to patient well-being.

• Maintain accurate medical records, documenting patient interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
