Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the health care team to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments and evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs.

• Establish strong relationships with community resource leaders, representing Redesign Counseling Hub at meetings and on committees focused on addressing the social needs of students.

• Provide individual and group counseling in a remote setting, delivering crisis intervention and assessing emotional and behavioral problems related to student well-being.

• Regularly communicate student progress, needs, and potential issues with educational staff and health care professionals, ensuring a team-based approach to care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including progress notes and documentation, adhering to department policy and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly influence the mental health and academic success of students, addressing a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and social skills deficits. By providing targeted interventions and support, you will help students navigate their personal challenges and contribute to a healthier school environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, LMFT, LPC, or a related field is required.

• At least 3 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, preferably in a school or educational environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships with students, educators, and healthcare colleagues.

• In-depth knowledge of relevant theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment modalities for children and adolescents.
