Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear goals and interventions in collaboration with clients.

• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, making sure all parties work towards a unified treatment plan.

• Deliver crisis intervention and risk assessments, ensuring safety and support are prioritized at all times.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to create community and foster resilience.

• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
