Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Grove Oasis, your responsibilities will include:

• Administering a variety of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare standards.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Participating in regular case consultations to discuss patient progress and enhance the quality of therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
