Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Design, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals and actionable interventions based on each client's progress.

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care and a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as necessary, implementing safety planning strategies for clients in distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Lead educational workshops, group therapy sessions, and support groups that enhance therapeutic engagement and understanding among clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
