Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources that will inform treatment planning.

• Provide individualized, family, and group therapy employing best practices and evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring clear goals are set and interventions are personalized.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated, holistic care.

• Facilitate crisis interventions and develop safety plans as needed to support client welfare during emergencies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal standards and best practices to ensure compliance and high-quality care delivery.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to expand therapeutic support and community engagement.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
