Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Balance Innovations, you will engage with clients on a range of mental health issues. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that involve joint meetings with couples as well as individual sessions, addressing concerns and challenges.
\n
• Providing therapeutic services related to family dynamics, including issues stemming from alcohol abuse, physical or psychological abuse, grief and loss, and job stress.
\n
• Addressing conflicts among family members and aids in navigating blended family issues, separation, and divorce adjustments.
\n
• Supporting clients in enhancing their communication skills and reducing emotional barriers between family members.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices and ongoing documentation to track client progress and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse client populations, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a variety of challenges. This role directly contributes to improving clients' mental health outcomes through targeted therapy that addresses the complexities of family relationships and individual psychological issues.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related clinical field.
