While you will primarily work from home, you must remain adaptable as occasional visits to our Detox Center may be required. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team comprising healthcare professionals, including nurses and caregivers, to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, taking into account emotional, mental, and social factors that impact their well-being.
