Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, providing a flexible work environment that accommodates the diverse schedules of our clients. While primarily working from home, you will be responsible for ensuring that all services are delivered effectively in a designated community health clinic setting when necessary. Your work schedule will include some evening and weekend hours to meet client needs, along with the ability to establish your own flexible routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and clinical experience to conduct independent psychosocial assessments and formulate precise diagnoses for patients.

• Engage with patients in collaborative treatment planning, creating tailored plans that align with their unique mental health goals.

• Implement various evidence-based interventions including solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving therapy to address clients' mental health concerns.

• Work alongside an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists and primary care providers, to support a holistic approach to patient care, sharing insights and resources for comprehensive treatment plans.

• Systematically monitor and document therapy progress, utilizing both in-person and virtual sessions to track patient responses to treatment and address any emerging challenges promptly.

• Assist in the management of psychotropic medications prescribed by medical staff, focusing on adherence to treatment regimens and addressing side effects or efficacy concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve engaging with clients facing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and other behavioral health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
