This role is fully remote, allowing you flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care from the comfort of their homes or school settings in Irvine, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and formulate accurate diagnoses to guide client treatment.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are centered on the patients' unique needs, incorporating methodology such as motivational interviewing and solution-focused techniques.

• Provide evidence-based behavioral interventions, addressing various mental health concerns through tailored approaches, including behavioral activation and problem-solving treatment strategies.
\n
• Ensure consistent monitoring of treatment effectiveness, engaging with patients regularly—either in person or through telehealth—to track their progress towards achieving treatment goals.

• Work closely with other members of the healthcare team, including clinicians and psychologists, to cultivate an integrated care experience that supports all aspects of the patient’s health.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medication treatment, supporting clients in adherence to their prescribed plans, and monitoring for potential side effects and effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will primarily include school-aged children and adolescents facing various behavioral and emotional challenges. It is crucial to build empathetic relationships with these young individuals and their families, tailoring your approach to meet their unique backgrounds and circumstances while offering them the necessary support to flourish academically and socially.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California, allowing independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of experience as a licensed therapist, with a focus on children and adolescents being an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n
