Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Prosper Behavioral Health, your role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting families and young children:

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to the specific needs of each family.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to monitor patient outcomes and adjust care strategies based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide support and coaching to families to empower them in enhancing their child’s development and navigate their unique challenges.

• Administer tools and techniques for evaluating child development milestones and recommend frequency and types of services needed based on assessments.

• Establish and maintain rapport with children and families through effective communication, respect, and a deep understanding of their individual needs.

• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing social work practice, maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics.

• Utilize a coaching model and principles of natural environment teaching to promote effective learning strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on assisting infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. You will work closely with children and families who rely on early intervention services to navigate their development during critical formative years. Qualifications\n

Prospective candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered for this role:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
