Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients in both clinical settings and within the community, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for those experiencing severe emotional and mental health challenges.

• Take part in ongoing quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as needed, ensuring that client needs are met promptly.

The focus of this position is on a diverse client population facing mental health challenges, including major mental illnesses and emotional disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is essential.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
