Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish a positive and trusting rapport with patients to foster open communication and therapeutic relationships.

• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, assessing individual needs to create effective treatment plans.

• Meet with clients on a regular basis for counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be working primarily with diverse patient populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of California is required.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
