Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the mental health needs of patients.

• Gather detailed patient histories that assist in developing appropriate treatment strategies.

• Provide direct mental health services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Regularly document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share valuable insights about patient needs.

• Engage in psychoeducational workshops and sessions designed to empower clients and improve their relational dynamics.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical best practices and emerging therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to communication, relationship dynamics, and emotional distress. Our focus on psychoeducation means that you will have the opportunity to equip clients with the necessary skills to navigate their relational challenges effectively, thereby promoting resilience within families and improving overall community mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is mandatory.

• Certification in one or more therapeutic modalities, such as structural or strategic family therapy, is highly desirable.

• Strong clinical experience, with at least one year of post-licensure experience strongly preferred.

• Bilingual communication skills are considered a valuable asset and may enhance client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

While a year of direct clinical experience is preferred, candidates with varied therapeutic backgrounds may also be considered, especially those with exposure to family systems therapy and psychoeducational techniques. Experience working in community health settings or telehealth environments can be beneficial as it aligns with our clinic’s model of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
